What We Do

Jonathan Disley aims to hold as many fundraising events as possible. Different types of events, to appeal to all types of people; from gala dinners, to sponsored walks, to classic car auctions – all profits going to the charities.

Jean Disley was married to her husband Kenneth for ____ years. They were a loving and devoted couple. Kenneth always supported Jean, and would unquestionably want to support the Jean Disley Foundation.

When their son Jonathan was born in 1967, Kenneth Disley started up a classic car company - ‘Ken Disley and Son Classics’. Jonathan helped his father out and learnt the ways of the business from a young age, so that when Kenneth reached the age of retirement, in 1990, Jonathan was more than ready and prepared to take over the family business.

Sadly, Kenneth passed away in 2009, leaving Jonathan to continue the family business totally alone. Kenneth always supported and believed in Jonathan in everything he did, and he was undeniably happy with how the business was going to grow and progress with his son.

Jonathan decided that the best way to support the Jean Disley Foundation, whilst also honoring what his father would want, was to use ‘Ken Disley and Son Classics’ as a fundraising tool, whilst also donating a percentage of it’s earnings to the chosen charities. Our plan is to hold many fundraising events; so please sign up to our emailing list to find out updates about our future event dates, locations and information.
